ABOUT CALIN
Calin Duke is an author, storyteller and upcycler. In addition to making and selling her upcycled wares all over the world, she was one of the cofounders of the Kohala Trash Bash Fashion Show in 2006 in Hawi, Hawai’i and has studied Fashion and Streetwear Design at Parsons New School.
Among her many written works are her two screenplays and her two books How To Upcycle Nearly Everything and A Nantucket Plateful, the official children’s book for Nantucket Public Schools Nutrition Program.
Additionally, Calin is a storyteller and she regularly performs her original work before a live audience.She currently lives in Massachusetts where she likes to spend as much time as possible with her partner and two big dogs playing in the woods.
